Plasma Cutting Machines  

Plasma is the fourth state of matter along with solids, liquids and gases. Plasma is a jet or beam of ionised gas capable of conducting electricity. This ionized jet or beam is extremely hot (around 22,000 C) and can melt the metal being cut while, at the same time, it can move fast enough to blow molten metal away from the cut. Metal cutting Machines using this technology, especially the ones driven by CNC controllers, have become a well-established method for cutting sheet steel and other sheet metal (or sometimes other materials).
